Prior to the working in the medical device and healthcare fields I worked in-house for a real estate developer and at an agency specializing in marketing for luxury real estate developments. Today, I still enjoy working with developers and agents to create their brands and market properties.
A few recent agent identities:
Capture the Coast Realty, a new venture looking to stand out in the FL real estate market, wanted the perfect blend of coastal, elegant and modern to define their brand. The fresh, sans serif font gives a modern feel while a calligraphic element adds an elegant touch. The classic coastal blue and watercolor texture softens the bold black and white, while providing a neutral background element for use throughout the brands marketing materials.
The Arth Realty logo is designed to stand out and get attention in a competitive residential real estate agency market. The “A” roofline pays homage to namesake with the signature orangey-red reflecting the agent’s recognizable hair color and vibrant personality. The textured roof line “A” lends itself as a strong stand alone design element to be used throughout the brand.
Named for the for the beautiful Azalea flowers popular in Wilmington, NC, Azalea Realty was looking for a modern, but charming southern feel when looking to rebrand. Using a bright color palette of pink and green – the mark combines the A and R with an Azalea blossom and bud growing out of it. The mark is decidedly strong as a stand-alone element in color, or reversed out, lending itself to a variety of design options.
